Return & Refund Policy

Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, all food and beverage products sold on our website are final sale and cannot be returned once shipped.

We do not accept returns for opened, unopened, used, or unused food products. Please do not send any product back to us without contacting our customer service team first.

Refund or Replacement Eligibility

We may offer a refund or replacement only in the following situations:

  1. The item arrived damaged or leaking
  2. You received the wrong item
  3. Items were missing from your order
  4. The product had a verified quality issue before use

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any damage or issue

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or discarded without proof of issue
  • Orders reported after the eligible claim period

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
